Appointments System / Online Appointments
We offer a small selection of our appointments to be booked online via the internet. These appointments are for Nurses and specific health clinics with some GP appointments available up to 6 weeks in advance. You may only book a maximum of two appointments at any one time via the internet. To register please present a photographic identification at reception who will generate you your own private log-in details. Please refer to separate heading.
Open Clinic
Our GP's morning surgeries are open access and booking starts from 8am. These are not pre-bookable. The cut off time is 9.30am to make an appointment and this must be done over the phone as this is not a walk-in clinic.
The Clinician will triage the patient and phone them. If the clinician feels that the patient needs to be seen they will ask them to come in at an appropriate time.

Enhanced Clinic Hours:
Enhanced access clinics are open Monday from 6:30pm until 8pm, and every 5th Saturday 9am until 5pm. These clinics will be a mixture of Longfield Medical Centre and Tollesbury Surgery slots and patient's maybe seen at either clinic, in Maldon or at Tollesbury.
Appointment Reminder System
An appointment reminder service in now in place to confirm your appointment at the surgery by SMS text message to your mobile phone. A confirmation text will be sent to your mobile at the time of booking your appointment and a reminder is sent 09:00 the day before your appointment.
