Appointments System / Online Appointments
Same day/urgent appointments are advised to be booked by telephone . There is a call back service and you will not lose your place in queue.

ACCURX requests are for non-urgent requests and will have a response within 2 working days.

Each appointment with a clinician is a duration of 10 minutes for one problem. Please make sure all of your contact details are up to date and correct.
Same Day Appointments
Our GP morning appointments are normally booked for the same day. Our GP's morning surgeries are open access and booking starts from 8am. These are not pre-bookable. The cut off time is 9.30am to make an appointment and this must be done over the phone as this is not a walk-in clinic.

The Clinician will triage the patient and phone them. If the clinician feels that the patient needs to be seen they will ask them to come in at an appropriate time.​

Enhanced Clinic Hours:

Enhanced access clinics are open Monday from 6:30pm until 8pm, and every 5th Saturday 9am until 5pm.
Appointment Reminder System
An appointment reminder service in now in place to confirm your appointment at the surgery by SMS text message to your mobile phone. A confirmation text will be sent to your mobile at the time of booking your appointment and a reminder is sent 09:00 the day before your appointment.
